- On Wednesday, NHDP filed a lawsuit in Hillsborough County Superior Court to enjoin the law known as SB 3 from going into effect. SB 3 restricts the right to vote in New Hampshire in violation of both the New Hampshire Constitution and the United States Constitution.
- Historically, New Hampshire has had high voter turnout and virtually no voter fraud. Nevertheless, the Republican controlled New Hampshire legislature and Governor Chris Sununu enacted SB 3 restricting access to the right to vote by falsely claiming the law is intended to prevent voter fraud.
