Bill Summary:
HB607 expands on the previously passed legislation in June, 2021 creating Freedom Education Accounts. It eases eligibility access and allows funding for these accounts to come from both state and local town funds earmarked for public schools. The funding limit for local municipalities is based on local per student funding and has an estimated average of $10,000 per student. (add citation)

SUPPRESSION OF THE VOTE
CACR – 36 CONSITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
Changing the constitution language from requiring that a potential voter to be domiciled in NH to being a resident of NH. Because they kept losing the efforts to block out of state college students from voting in NH because of the constitutional language they are working to just change the constitution
HB 1574 – HOUSE BILL
Prohibiting the University System from charging out of state tuition for students from out of state going to school and voting in NH.
HB 1542 – HOUSE BILL
When a voter comes to vote without identification they would no longer be able to vote by signing an affidavit but would only be able to submit a Provisional Ballot
HB 1153 – HOUSE BILL
Absentee ballots may not be mailed to voters before a ballot application has been received and approved.

SUBVERSION OF ELECTION RESULTS
HB 1484 – Conducting an independent audit of the 2020 election
HB 1064 –This bill would require that all ballots must be hand marked v. machine marked and all counted by hand v. machine counting of election results
HB 67 – Any NH Voters may bring a suit in Superior Court for the removal of an election official if they believe they have not executed their job appropriately. If they “prevail they are reimbursed for court costs.
HB 1174 – This bill would eliminate the language that requires election challangers to stay 6 weeks away from the actual election workers. It states only that they can be closer than 6 feet – offers no required distance.
