- Mohammad called the meeting to order at 6:30
- Caucus: to elect an At-large delegate for Cheshire Co. – Megan Murray of NHDC presiding
- Mohammad thanked Paul Robb of the Jaffrey Committee who has resigned. This seat will be filled tonight. We are grateful for his service.
- Karen Sebastian (Chesterfield was nominated and elected unanimously; she spoke briefly of the importance of getting Democrats elected and doing what you can do!
- Cheshire Fair Booth, August 1-4 – requesting people to take a time slot

- Community Power – On August 1st, Cheshire Co is going to be offering the lowest electrical rates in the state, communitypowernh.gov/cheshire

- The team is asking what the candidates need from them, somewhat focused on new candidates and competitive districts – need to find legislative weak points in opponents (oppositional research)

- We have hired an intern who is helping to define voting records, both positive and negative, Quinn Mitchell
- Treasurer – $32,148 in our bank account, the strongest place we’ve been in a number of years; we’re now in the part of the election cycle where we spend it down. Cheshire Dems can help to finance town events.
- Candidate Forums – Sometime in August – Executive Counselor Districts 2 and 5 have multiple candidates, as does the County Commissioner District 1 seat
