NHDP Round up

Dear Friend,

We wanted to take a moment and express our outrage over the events in Charlottesville, Virginia this past weekend. Our country has a proud history of courageously standing up to racism, hate and violence. These horrific, tragic events demand speech & action. Anything else is complicit acceptance of hate.

We were proud to see so many communities across the state come together on Sunday to hold vigils for Charlottesville.

Here’s another way to think globally, act locally: take action in your own community. Whether it is in one of the 5 upcoming Special Elections, the 2017 Municipal Elections in November, or by talking to voters in your community during the last few weeks of Resistance Summer – get involved. We need to send a message loud and clear here in NH that actions have consequences and Democrats are organizing to take back our state and the country.

Please continue to use this regular newsletter as a tool for your local committee meetings or as a supplement to your own regular newsletter.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have.

Best,

Sue Ford                                                                   Erin Cotton
