Introductions, Cindy Workington, Kelly, Maggie Rice. Mike Strand from NHDP the platform committee.
Explanation of process and the 13 hearings they are holding in order to hear what we want in the platform. This is a hearing session only not a debate. This will publish on May 14 on Nhdp site and then they will work through any changes and it will be voted on June 23rd. It will be published on June 11. No federal resolutions.

She will let us know soon if she is running. She feels if we work together it is for the better of each other.

Town committees-
Swanzey. Next meeting 4/21
Stoddard– June 16 event with John Delaney, gubernatorial candidates,
They are discussing how to get those who voted in 14 but not 16 more involved
Winchester– branching out to Richmond and Hinsdale. Meeting in May. They have had speakers as well. They have been working together.
Dublin– spring social with 50 guests. They will be having all the candidates through this summer.
Marlborohas started a town committee Map now has Carolyn jones
Secretary– explanation of what has been done with the website.

Events–
Medicare for all forum tomorrow at KSU with tabling and speakers. Andre, physicians, Carl. This was Carl’s idea.
Spaghetti dinner-still working on speaker
Formation of voter alliance with district 11. So they can hit the ground running once they have a candidate (Heather and Mohammad). This develops a network of people.
Nomination. Nothing new
Friday lunch group- we need a new leader or leaders. Can w combine this with the different towns? Holding it possibly bi-weekly? Carl feels we need one or two people to be the coordinators. We can discuss this moving forward.

Peter from the Nhdp introduces himself and explains the rules of how to get information to the Platform Committee.
